The Ritz Carlton's in The Caribbean

Back in 2006 & 2007 John was VP of Sales and Marketing for all of the Ritz Carlton's in the Caribbean. A very SWEET job.  His sales teams dealt with buyers from all over the world who were looking to buy real estate in the Caribbean.  Bottom line--the team had to be on their game in a big way!  Millions of dollars in sales in a very short period.  Everything went GREAT.....until the CRASH!  The company was financed by Lehman Bros.  They were the biggest bankruptcy in US history!  Enough said!

Molasses Reef

The Turks and Caicos Island premier island was Molasses Reef, a Ritz Carlton Island that was exclusively a Ritz Carlton island in the Turks and Caicos Islands


Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club: Vero Beach, Florida

Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club was a bankrupt property in Vero Beach, Florida when John arrived back in 1996.  They couldn't give real estate away!  John hired a new sales team, implemented progressive training and put a creative marketing program to work.  Within 5 years the entire property sold out and set records in Vero Beach!

The Famous Springhouse

The Greenbrier Resort: White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia

Selling & previously consulting with luxury real estate at the world famous Greenbrier Resort was great!  John Weber had to be quick on his feet and ready to sell and show their sales team how to sell because the homes started at $1,000,000 and the Club fee was $120,000.  John made sales in one day because he used sound principals in selling and the art of persuasion.


The Ford Plantation: Richmond Hill, GA

The Ford Plantation is a great place. John worked with the board in the transition from the developer to the members. New sales techniques and new marketing. Homes began at $800,000 to over $5,000,000.

Today, the property is known as Ford Field and River Club.

Cherokee Plantation: Yemassee, South carolina

Cherokee Plantation, one of the world’s finest private sporting and leisure estates, with a history as rich as its beauty. On this consulting assignment, John had the privelde of work with the famed Peter de Savory.


Black Diamond Ranch. Lecanto, Florida

Beautiful community, awesome golf course. In the middle of nowhere. Problem solved!. Consulting gig!


Governor's Club: Chapel Hill

Governors Club in Chapel Hill had record sales

At Governor's Club, John and his team implemented launches to record sales. This is before the word launch was even invented with real estate. John Weber and his team conducted many record launches at Governors Club.


Ritz Carlton | Tiburon

The Ritz Carlton at Tiburon was a complete mess when John arrived on the scene. No sales, poor performance, and zero management. This got cleaned up in short order.
